Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts

The Brain Injury Association of MA (BIA-MA) Ambassador Program's mission is to provide support to brain injury survivors and their families, offer programs to prevent brain injury, educate the public about the risks and impact of brain injury and advocate for legislation and improved services. Ambassadors present their knowledge and personal insight into brain injury, making a seamless link between prevention and real life examples. The Ambassadors stress the importance of prevention because there is no cure for brain injury. The BIA-MA Ambassador Program offers its services to a variety of audiences, ranging from local civic groups, businesses, and medical facilities.  Our Ambassadors are people from your community. The Ambassadors have either sustained a brain injury or have a loved one with a brain injury. You can also find information about our program at www.biama.org/help/ambassador.html.
